If War Breaks Out Tomorrow

Americanoes imperialist and their western crusader friends have been building up their "strategic petroleum reserves" . What does this means? It means if there is a WW3 starting tomorrow and all the global oil transportation stop. Their oil stock will see them through for the next 6 months.

China only began to build theirs last year and high oil prices has so far slowing their purchases. If the oil imports stop, China would NOT last more than 30 days.
