More BS From China - Again They Think Everybody Else Is A Fool

There are many " 承諾, 積極考慮 and 將購買"  here. Mr. Lee here talks typically like a politician. I laugh at his "信心 and 負 責任." 

But I  hope they would really go buy. I would like see this real time test here whether their government force is bigger than the market force. If China's buying can prevent the rest of PIIGs' collapse and defaults, it would be really show China has arrived.

中國承諾購買西班牙國債

 （馬德里4日訊）中國副總理李克強承諾，儘管歐元區的主權債務危機仍未解決，但中國將購 買更多西班牙國債。李克強有望在兩年後的成為中國下一任總理。

對西班牙金融市場有信心李克強的承諾是在出訪西班牙、英國和德國之前不久作出的。這是中國對財務狀況脆弱的歐元區外圍國家，展開外交攻勢的最 新例證。

李克強週一在西班牙主要報紙《國家報》(El Pais）上撰文坦陳：「在歐洲，尤其是西班牙的金融市場，中國是一個負責任的長期投資者， 我們對西班牙的金融市場抱有信心。」

「正是這種信心促使我們購買西班牙國債，我們會在未來繼續貫徹這 一路線。」

中國領導人已承諾支持希臘和葡萄牙的債務市場。

去年10月，在中國國家主席胡錦濤出訪葡萄牙前不久，一位中國高級官員透露，中國在進行國事訪問時，總是對購買債券「予以正面和積極的考慮」。
