Will Regional Hotels get " haunted " ?

Last week came the news that Genting Singapore finally got hold of their casino licence. And all the local "experts" would have gone with foam coming out of their mouth kind of orgasm. But then they were unfortunately  badly bashed by the current equities markets getting bashed black and blue.

Without their cheerleaders raving on, the retail sheeps sort of contain their exuberance. I am not saying that uncle Lim's group will be fucked up soon, but from the writings and chart appended below, it may be wise to get extra cautious on this sector as this may a strong hint that the sector may be one of those shoes to next drop :-

Just Look At Hotel CMBS Delinquencies Explode

"Last week we mentioned the latest CMBS delinquency data from Fitch, which showed that hotel delinquencies continue to soar unabated.
But nothing really beats a picture.
Here's roughly the same data in chart form CRE Reviews."
