A New Marvin Gaye Mural in Shaw

As the Washington City Paper reported last month, the Marvin Gaye mural designed by renowned artist Aniekan Udofia would be covered up thanks to a two-unit residence being built next to the artwork. But, there is now an upside to this story.

Over the weekend, we stumbled upon Udofia painting a new Marvin Gaye mural on S Street between 7th and 8th in Shaw. This is what we saw while walking by-pretty rad.
