This is exactly same as the China's high speed railways where number of passengers are way below the breakeven level. Ticket pricing generally is beyond most Chinese. The recent abrupt stoppage of their construction projects and failure to pay workers, sub-contractors and suppliers are just signs of bigger collapse ahead. Of course I can't await for some people telling me that the government will bail them out. Let's see how many potholes, ravines and abyss can the "people government" fill.
